These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FAIDAA, a free worldwide business directory and guest blogging platform. By visiting FAIDAA, creating an account or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use FAIDAA.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FAIDAA, or at least 16 years old if you live in the European Union. If you create an account or submit content on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the business agrees to these Terms.

• Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• Tell us immediately at hello@faidaa.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Creating an account, submitting business listings and publishing guest posts on FAIDAA is free. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may limit how many submissions an account can make to protect quality.

Because the service is free, it is provided without any service-level commitment, and we may suspend or discontinue it at any time.

You keep full ownership of the business listings, blog posts, images and other content you submit ("Your Content").

By submitting Your Content, you give FAIDAA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, resize and distribute it on FAIDAA and in related channels (for example, search engine results and social media previews), solely to operate and promote the platform. This license ends when Your Content is removed, except for copies that are already in backups or cached by third parties.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have every right needed to publish it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

All listings and blog posts must be:

• Original: your own work, not copied, spun or mass-produced content.
• Truthful: accurate and not misleading, for a real business that you represent.
• Useful: meet a reasonable minimum standard of quality, length and readability.

The following is not allowed:

• Spam, keyword stuffing, or content written only to place links.
• Fake, duplicate or non-existent businesses.
• Illegal products, services or activities.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Gambling, betting or casino content.
• Hateful, violent, harassing or discriminatory content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
• Malware, phishing, scams or links to harmful websites.
• Personal data of other people shared without their permission.

Every listing and blog post is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may approve or reject a submission; when we reject it, we tell you the reason by email so you can improve and resubmit.

At our sole discretion, and at any time, we may also edit content (for example, to fix formatting, remove links or correct obvious errors), unpublish it, or remove it entirely, including content that was previously approved. Approval does not mean we endorse or verify the content.

Links in business listings and blog posts are marked rel="nofollow ugc" by default. Our team may choose to make a specific link "dofollow" at its sole discretion, and may change a link's attribute or remove it at any time.

When using FAIDAA, you must not:

• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from FAIDAA by automated means without our written permission.
• Attempt to hack, probe, overload or bypass the security of FAIDAA or its spam protection.
• Create multiple accounts, or create accounts to get around a suspension or rejection.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your connection to them.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users or our team.
• Use FAIDAA to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Use FAIDAA for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close your account, and remove any of Your Content, at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have broken these Terms, are acting in a way that could harm FAIDAA or others, or if required by law.

You can stop using FAIDAA and delete your account at any time. See How to delete your account.

Except for Your Content, all content on FAIDAA, including the name, logo, design, text, graphics and software, belongs to FAIDAA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or reuse it without our written permission. If you believe content on FAIDAA infringes your rights, contact hello@faidaa.com with the details and we will review it promptly.

FAIDAA contains links to websites we do not own or control, including listed businesses, authors' sites and partner guest-post websites mentioned in our emails. We are not responsible for their content, products, prices, availability or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk, and any dealings you have with them are solely between you and that third party.

FAIDAA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that FAIDAA will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. See our Disclaimer for more details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAIDAA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, rankings, traffic or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, FAIDAA. Because FAIDAA is a free service, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FAIDAA and its team from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of FAIDAA, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. By continuing to use FAIDAA after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FAIDAA is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
